Point CNC Limited employs modern CNC machine tools to produce a wide variety of precision machined components at premium quality and economic cost. The majority of our work is for the medical, aerospace, defence and communications sectors; we also manufacture components and sub-assemblies for high precision surveillance cameras and ANPR systems for the Police, other security agencies and the rescue services, as well as high technology parts for Motorsport and specialist road cars. Short lead times and low volume parts are generally no problem. We thrive on ‘one-offs’ that develop into production items and we are able to offer a design and build capability for special purpose items as well as assembly and finishing giving our clients a one stop shop from design to despatch. Ancillary Services: Sub Contract Processes: A register of approved suppliers carry out electro-plating, powder coating and painting, anodising, high quality chemical blacking and edm wire erosion as required. Quality: Point CNC Limited has quality control at all stages of production. Quality assessment visits are welcomed and no appointment is required. Copies of our scope and registration and our Quality Manual are available upon request. Regular Internal Audits are carried out by Quality Automation. Our IT systems are maintained under a third party contract and all software is licenced. Inspection: CMM Inspection with clean Area for Assembly and specialised packing when required.
